Some email providers sort messages into other folders. If you use Gmail, also check:
- Promotions
- Social
- Update

If your ticket email landed in spam:
- Mark it as "Not spam"
- Move it back to your inbox
- add tickets@frontdoorplus.com tp your safe senders list
âś… Check your Apple or Google Wallet
All FrontDoor+ events support Apple and Google Wallet. If you clicked “Add to Wallet” during checkout, your ticket may already be saved.
❓ If the Lookup Tool couldn’t find your tickets
If the lookup tool shows no results and you’re sure you purchased tickets, the email used at checkout may have been mistyped. This can happen with auto-correct, autofill, or a missing character.
Because the Lookup Tool only finds exact matches, the next step is to reach out to us.
We will look up your order, update the email on file if needed, and resend your tickets.
