What to Show at the Gates or Doors of the Event
Getting into your event is simple
When you arrive at the gates or doors, show your ticket to the volunteer or staff member.
Your ticket can be on your phone or printed. Both work the same.
✅ Option 1: Add to Your Mobile Wallet (Recommended)
This is the fastest and easiest way to get in. Once added, your tickets are available even without internet.
For Apple users:
- Open your ticket email using Safari
- Tap “Add to Apple Wallet” and follow the prompts
For Android users:
- Tap “Add to Google Wallet” in the email
- Follow the instructions to save your ticket
Adding your ticket to your wallet means no searching your inbox at the gates!
✅ Option 2: Show Tickets From Your Email
- Open the email on your phone
- Show the attached PDF with the QR code at the event entry.

✅ Option 3: Print Your Tickets
- Open the email and print the attached ticket(s),
- Bring the printed copy to the event, we'll scan the QR code.
